Shipping Methods

 

For more expensive and delicate orders of The Stoned Chrysalis products the recommended shipping option includes "sign on delivery" to ensure the item gets to you safely. Without this option being selected the package may be left unattended by the delivery driver which can result in stolen or lost merchandise. If you do not select the sign on delivery option The Stoned Chrysalis is not responsible for loss of parcel as it is impossible for us to know what has happened to it.

Estimated postage times:

For items that are always in stock 3-5 business days is the expected delivery time.  (from when you order your package will be on its way)

 Delivery time will depend on where you are located. International orders can take up to a few weeks from the shipping date depending on customs. The Stoned Chrysalis is not responsible for the time taken between customs and delivery to customers door.

 

Pre orders can take up to six weeks due to our crystal goods being hand carved and made to order. 

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the customs process.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We aren't responsible for delays, breakages or losses due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refund policy

If your package arrives and isn't as described or is the wrong item please contact us to arrange a return.

If your package is lost in transit or has been tampered with through customs and you haven't paid additional costs for sign on delivery, unfortunately (in most cases) we are unable to refund costs of the product. Please do contact us though to discuss options
